Matt,
the wheels on my bike are actually chromed. They look a million times
brighter and better than polished ones. I got them done at Santa Ana Plating
in Santa Ana California.  The cost was only $425 and they did a beautiful
job.  I don't know the # but they are in the 714 area code.
