Neil and Dave - the issue is what octane to use. I think the answer is buy
high test or the most expensive gas you can. (of course I own stock in oil).
On the other hand, I use 87 octane with no problems. Plus my techno guru
said anything more is a waste of money, unless someone else is buying.....
as for mileage, well. It is all in the wrist!
