I've also got the BRG bike with luggage. When I bought it back in April they
said we'll have the bags overnighted and install them. A few days later I
got the same story about 1 - 2 months because they are backordered. As it
turns out the bags were in 2 weeks later and installed in time for the
Memorial Day trip. It took them about 6 hours to do the install! Glad the
labor was part of the sales deal!
