I've had the 265 (now called the 2265 I believe) for a couple of years now 
and love them. They use a combination of Kevlar and Lycra on the back of 
the hand for really good warm weather "breathing". The underside of the 
glove is kangaroo hide (supposedly much strong than cow hide). I find that 
the fingers are a little too long, but not to the point that I have a 
problem with them. The seams are stitched in such a way that you don't feel 
them rubbing on your fingers. The gloves also have a really nice curve 
right out of the package (break in was very quick).

When they finally wear out, they will be replaced with another Held glove.
