Indeed many meditative states have been achived since this started
happening, I have the countersunk knuckles on my left hand to remind me of
what happens if I don't keep my cool.  No need for cans, I have 'midwestern
stern disappointment' to use on them.

Hang in there Steve.  Keep chanting "Ommmmmm".  And don't kill anyone, that
would really ruin the rest of your riding season!  They WILL make your bike
