Fabulous. I had one claim (slipped in some oil) that was handled the
next business day, another (got hit while stopped - lost a bag) that
they were very helpful with and another almost-but-not-quite claim for
my brush with Major Engine Damage where they sent an adjuster out the
same week. After all that, I *still* got a 20% renewal discount for
this coming year. I hate insurance and insurance companies as a
general rule, but I like Universal Underwriters.
