Read someone elses experience after removing similar devices.  The short of 
it.  He went off road was pinned under bike fuel spilling all over him and 
hot bike, add to that a broken spark plug and bike still running.  He made it 
to the cut off first.  I would have these things fixed to worked as designed, 
 Not removed.
