[ST] 2yr Warranty? Unlimited miles?

Has anyone had any paint lifting off their rear swingarm?  I have.  The
dealer reported it and Triumph have refused a warranty claim because of age
and mileage (23 months old, 11,400 miles).  I sent Triumph's warranty
manager, Charles Smart, an e-mail claiming unfair dismissal but so far he's
not responded.  Watch this space!
