It winds up being a bit closer to the peg. I tried it and found it to be in
the way, had to make a conscious effort to move my foot out to get either
over or under it. It also caused some pain on the upper part of my foot. The
feel was so much better that I cut a piece out of it in an attempt to get
the correct length but then the shift effort was too high. If you ride with
the balls of your feet on the pegs.......it "might" work out for you. Steve
"Dirty Dawg" has one and seems to like it.
