Greg-Liberty Allied and Federal Mogul both ship M/Cs and do a great job.
The only requirement is that the fuel must be drained. As Thom stated,
it's cheaper to have it shipped business to business as there is a
$60.00 surcharge (on each end) for a residence. You get a discount if
you are a AMA member. As an alternative, you could call a company that
specializes in classic car shipping. Sometimes they will squeeze a bike
into a partial load for a good price. Make sure you get detailed info.
