When you (Ashley, I think) say they are "identical" does that mean the
6-speed gear set from the Sprint will install in the Speed Triple?  Does
anyone else have any experience in having performed this swap or modification?

I am asking the question for a friend of mine with the Speed Triple (who
thought his '95 was a T509 by the way but I'd rather not have people get hung
up on model numbers, I think the question was clear enough).  I have the 2000
RS and was telling him how useful some of the TECHNICAL information is in
this newsgroup.
