RE: [ST] Engine Temperature

Last summer I got stuck in traffic in 95' (Fahrenheit) temps and the bike
would rise to 215' and once the thermostat had fully opened and the fan was
going at full force the bike would not go above that. It does rise quickly
to 215' from normal riding temps, but it stops there.

I was riding my RS this weekend in temps ranging from about 45 to 50
degrees. While riding around, the engine temp stayed close to 185. When I
would stop, the temp would shoot up to about 214. Is this normal? Wondering
what operating temps I should expect to see when it gets hot out.
