[ST] RS decals redux

Did I recall that someone did remove the decals from their RS? Is the
clearcoat really painted over the decals? I hope not, because I want to hit
these puppies with a heat gun (carefully, etc., ) and peel them s-l-o-w-l-y
off.  Someone please tell me that Triumph didn't paint over them.
