You're a St. Olaf grad? My first job out of college was as a production editor at Augsburg Fortress in Minneapolis. I always thought of that as a halfway house for St. Olaf grads. Even though I'm a godless heathen, I enjoyed working there. Nice people, the Lutherans. Good, sturdy folk with stout calves.
