Maybe you should try removing the race can and the K&N. Have the 
dealer set it back up as stock. If the problem persists at least 
you'll have other avenues to explore. If it runs fine sans K&N and 
pipe well.. my guess is the K&N since there are LOTS of folks with 
the Triumph can that have no problems.
