RE: [ST] Throttle locks and Double Bubble windscreen

I use a Throttlemeister.  It replaces the bar end and applies pressure to
the throttle sleeve.  I haven't tried the Vista Cruise, but I would prefer
the Throttlemeister because it isn't a locker, it works more like a drag
screw(for those that remember them), adjustable tension.
