[ST] heli-bars on an RS?

do i recall someone (don?) having heli-bars on their RS?

the heli-bar people claim that though they bolt right on correctly,
there's not enough room to work with the RS fairing.  it's hard
on the phone (with someone relaying the questions to the tech guy)
to really get a picture of how big the problem is -- it might be
no more than rotating the throttle grip, etc, just as i've done
for the gen-mar/st-bars setup i have now.  but given their 10%
restocking fee, i'm reluctant to wing it without encouragement.  :-)

any positive or negative experiences?
