[ST] Sprockets (again)

While my wheels are away I needed something else to play with so I decided
it is time to swap sprockets. Wanting to minimize chain wear but still have
tire lofting abilities I deiced to use the same size 19t front and go up 2
in back to a 45t. Here's the dilemma though. Sprocket Specialists does not
make a 19t front, only up to 18t, and they do not make a steel rear for the
RS. So any suggestions. I was quoted 45/78 from the Triumph parts, and
would like to save the 30 or so bucks and go with Sprocket Specialists. For
those with 18T fronts, is your chain wear OK, and for those with alloy
rears, how is your chain wear?

Waiting in boredom,
