Let's not forget that the Arai's removable cheek pads are not only removable for cleaning but also replacing.  Arai offers several different thicknesses also.  When I got my Arai Renegade I replaced the cheekpads with their thinnest pads for I am chubby of cheek and thus made my Arai very comfortable.
