Lex,
How did you know what size cheekpads to get and is the size that comes with
them in the middle of the range or the largest?

Let's not forget that the Arai's removable cheek pads are not only removable
for cleaning but also replacing. Arai offers several different thicknesses
also. When I got my Arai Renegade I replaced the cheekpads with their
thinnest pads for I am chubby of cheek and thus made my Arai very
comfortable.
