[ST] Lowered pipe clamp

	I hate to tell anybody this, but.
	When you lower the pipe the clamp should be loose. Just rotate the
clamp until the bolt is pointing down and away from the stand. I do it
all the time when switching. So, not only does the pipe rotate but the
clamp also:-)
