[ST] Tires

Hi all,

Sorry to beat a dead horse but I think I am now ready for some new
skins. My stock BT57's are not at the wear bars but I think they are
causing my handling woes. My bike feels, to put it best, scary. Slow
wobbles at 90+ mph sweepers on smooth road. On tight stuff the front end
feels unstable, even has slipped twice while not really pushing hard at
all.

My question, does anyone have Avon Azaro II's av35, av36? How do you
like them? I am considering them based off of MCN report.

Profile: '00 ST, stock suspension, panniers fitted, front pre load 8 mm,
rear pre load 9 turns, rebound 1.5 turns. 200lb. rider, like sport more
than tour. 3k miles on stock BT's. Bought bike with 2.5k and rear tire
does have somewhat of a flat spot.

I know, I know, get Racetech. Can't afford it right now. Can't I make
stock legs perform somewhat decent? This bike should not handle this bad
stock, please tell me it's the tires.
