[ST] Aftermarket cans?

Hello everyone.

I know this subject has been beaten to death, but I need to ask a few quick 
questions about aftermarket cans: (bear in mind I'm relatively new to the ST 
list) =)

1.  If I install a new can on my ST, do I need to have the EFI reprogrammed? 
  Does the cost of the can include this if the above answer is yes?  If not, 
how much can I expect to pay to have this service performed?

2.  Is there a list of stainless steel/carbon cans which will allow the hard 
pannier install?

3.  Does anyone have any MP3s,WAVs, or pics of their STs with new cans?

My bike is so damn quiet it's ridiculious.  I know that Triumph has cans 
they offer, and Two Bros.  Anyone think one is better than the other?
