I got to CalBMW around 3:30 or so yesterday.  

To be fair, the bike has only been in the shop once for this problem,
which started a few miles after I picked it up from its 6K service.
They never could find a cause for it, or even reproduce it.

Kari did come by to talk to me while I was waiting for paperwork, and
he pretty much swore they'd fix it right this time.  If not, well...

By the way, the California lemon law talks about "vehicles", not
"cars".
