Ended up going through Weber's Cycle in Waterloo.  Nothing against
Struther's, but we were in town and ended up stopping there a week ago.
Well, they had a Sapphire blue ST sitting on the floor with the bags and
windshield on it.  The sales manager wrote the numbers down without any
bargining and he took $1200 total off the list price.  Kind of hard to argue
with that kind of deal.  And that way I can have the panniers now without
having to fork out the cash at some later point.
