[ST] Fork Seals

Has anyone successfully installed fork seals on the ST? What tools are
required, and how long did it take you? The reason I ask is, this shop wants
$100 (if I bring them the forks in just labor). Is there a secret formula to
the removal and installation? My dirt bikes have always been yank it out,
and press it back in with a pipe, is something different now?
Any positive responses will make me very happy,
