[ST] chain and sprocket

Anyone on the list have strong opinions regarding replacement chain and 
sprocket set?

I've got 31K on my 1999 Sprint ST; replaced the chain at 15K but I think it 
is time to do the whole set before I engage in 2 cross-county trips and a 
couple of long-distance road events?

Looking for premium products.  I contacted Triumph dealer and was amazed at 
what they want for stock replacement ($65 for the front!), plus was not 100% 
confident the guy I was dealing with really had his "parts cap" totally 
screwed tight.
