[ST] Idea for Troy Blood fund

Most everyone knows about the trust fund for Troy Blood but for those of 
those who don't please forgive a short explanation before I get to my 
idea....

Troy Blood was a member of the TSRA who while riding his Sprint ST home 
last year was struck and killed in a traffic accident.  To make matters 
worse he had just found out weeks earlier that he and his wife Donna 
were expecting their first child.  A trust fund was started amongst us 
here on the list and in the TSRA to raise money to be given to Troy's 
wife Donna.

My idea, hope nobody allready thought of it or will be offended by it....

Eric has a link from the fund's webpage where individuals can donate 
money via the PayPal service.  I just went by a moment ago and noticed 
PayPal has restarted a promotion where if you sign up to use PayPal 
(it's free to use) they give you $5 that you can use any way you like, 
and if someone refers you they also get $5.

For those of you on the list that do not allready have a PayPal account, 
why not email Eric or myself letting us know you are interested in 
signing up so that we can REFER you.  You'd get $5, we'd get $5, and it 
could all be then donated to the fund itself.  In this way for each 
person we got to sign up we could raise $10 for the fund that would cost 
nothing to either of us....    (note - this is only good for first-time 
users of PayPal.)

By all means go by their website and check it out first, I've been using 
it a couple years for my Ebay sales and LOVE it....  their address is 
simply www.paypal.com .   If after checking it out you want to give this 
a go email me or Eric and  we can start adding some more cash to the pot.

If you do sign up and never use it you will get the occasional email, 
maybe one every couple months, and something in the snail mail maybe 
twice a year.   No big whoop.
