Re: [ST] My opinion about the Aprillia Futura

Not to the same extent, but when I heard the raves about the bike
I started to wonder if I was premature in my purchase of the ST, until
I saw

a) the price
b) performance specs (not worth the difference that is)
c) pictures

The ST is better looking, and for the price difference, better
value. The only thing that gets me is that the ST is priced very
closely to the Daytona. The only reason I can see is that what the
market will bear. In one-to-one component matching (engine, suspension
etc.) the Daytona must be a lot more than a couple of hundred
dollars more to manufacture.

Such is life,
Tom
