That was exactly my point - they rode a pre-production unit and afaik, only 
in Europe at the roll out. Without comparison back to back with other sport 
tourers on the same roads under the same conditions, they cannot make a 
reliable judgement.

Plus the fact that the bags have not been tested, customers have not put 
miles on the bikes yet yada yada..

I bet most of the "judges" have not even ridden the bike yet (at least not 
at the time when they choose it number 1)

I'm sure it is - it may even be the number 1 - I just think that it was way 
too early for them to call it.
