I made the mistake of peeling back the grip to put in the "friction
sleeve"(mind the gutter there).  Now when I use the heated handgrips I have
to adjust the TM because the grips swell just that little bit, and increase
tension.  I've gotten used to it, but I would not recommend it.

I use a ThrottleMeister throttle control and just got a set of Triumph
heated
grips. ThrottleMeister installation requires peeling off the grip-and it
appears that the heated grip is bonded to the heating element and cannot be
peeled off.

Am I correct in thinking the two are not compatible?
