Hey, when you put it that way, garage first floor, living area second floor.
For a while I was kidding friends that I was going t oget a plot of land N. of the city,
put a double wide on one side and a 40x60 garage/workshop on the other side.
You know some of the new double wides are pretty damn nice. :-)
