Just one thing here - if they've changed the chain without changing the 
sprockets then the new chain /will/ have a life measured in minutes - 
knackered sprockets will do terrible things to a new chain. Ergo, they 
should have changed the sprockets, and if they didn't they owe you a new 
chain and sprockets. Using a decent chain-lube regularly will be good for 
your chain as well...

Tight spots are one indicator of a dying chain. Checking that you can't 
'lift' links off the back of the rear sprocket is another. 

If you aren't happy with way your dealer is administrating a Triumph 
sponsored scheme, you'd be well advised to contact Triumph (or ToA in your 
case?) about it direct and explaining your issues...
