This story reminds me of the day I took apart the front end of my RS, only 
2-3 weeks after I purchased it. I removed the entire front fairing and 
windshield, installed my toll tag, and reassembled the whole thing.

Wouldn't you know it, I couldn't get the bike started. It took about an hour 
(on the verge of tears) before I realized that I had flipped the kill switch 
before starting my work.
