[ST] ST Down...Not me!!

Heading up the 405 today at about noon, I worked through a knot of traffic
near LAX to find a blue ST (at a glance, shy some bodywork) on the side of
the freeway. Rider was standing talking to the Highway Patrol officer, and
there was a towtruck there, so I didn't stop. Rider was wearing what looked
like a black one-piece riding suit pulled down around his waist.

Anyone we know??
