[ST] rubber mirror boot 'thingy'

I dont know what you'd call this thing, but the boot
that fits between the mirror and the nose piece of the
bike, ont the right side it torn on my bike.  It's
torn where it comes to a point at the base of the
mirror 'arm' (?) and wont stay put, it just looks like
crap.

Anyone have to replace this?  Know how much I'm
looking at?  Are there after-market mirrors I could
put on that dont need this 'boot' since it looks like
a new one would only fail too?
