Uh no, What I said was.....I heard from a UNRELIABLE source (my dealership)
that hey would be discontinued. I was looking for conformation. 

Anyway,  yes the EVO is a sport tire. It won't last as long but it instills
a little more confidence. I had one put up front before the rallye and I
was very impressed with it. It stuck like glue when I did some pretty
stupid things (like charging into corners a little to hot). It did good in
the rain as well.
