For the Tom Clancy fans: it is time for the Ryan 
Doctrine.  In fact, that
time is overdue.

What is the Ryan Doctrine?

The world has been hurt to an unbelievable extent. The
stock market is dropping, oil and gold are going
through the roof.

May the Goddess protect and comfort all innocent in
the world and leave no hiding place for those cowards
who did this.
