[ST] Fork Seals/Oil level

Hello all,

My 99 ST has a leaking fork oil seal.  A coworker is going to replace
them for me, but asked what the oil level should be.  I looked at the
site with the racetech installation and found a level of 125mm.  I'm not
sure if it's the same when not installing emulators.  Could someone with
a manual take a look for me?  I'd greatly appreciate it.  My dealer
checked to see if Triumph would goodwill the replacement, but it was
declined.  :-(
