Joanna,
145 mm of Showa SS8 oil in the forks. I am not sure of the weight of the SS8, but it looked a lot like ATF when
I drained mine. I tried 15W, and felt it too stiff, and felt 10W provided the proper damping level. I would
stay with the factory oil height with the stock springs and dampers.
