Re: [ST] BMW's weird policy



Maybe it's their answer to dealer/service complaints about shoddy customer
service. On one hand I can't think but agree that this will hurt their business
and make it difficult for dealers to stay solvent. On the other hand, if really
good service and customer focus were the most important issue for me I can see
where having a one brand shop could sway me to choosing them over another
brand.

I guess we'll all find out how it effects BMW business rather quickly I would
think.
