Hey, I paid a premium to buy my bike at a Triumph only shop which is an hour 
away from my home.  I have two Honda/Kawasaki/Triumph shops only 15 minutes 
away, but in each case I got a vacuous stare when asking specific questions 
when deciding to purchase the ST.  It cost me about $400 to get my bike where 
I did, but I can't tell you how happy I am to get it there.  These people 
only do Triumph, have a great mechanic, all of them ride Triumphs and they 
are simply nice people.  There is much to be said for a brand specific shop.
