[ST] Removing wheels

Greetings,

Does anyone know of the correct procedure to remove both wheels? I've been
looking at it and it seems pretty straight forward but I don't want to
scratch or screw something up.  Does the passengers foot peg need to be
removed?

Also, since I'll have the wheels off, I'm going to replace all brake pads.
Any suggestions on which ones?
