(I think I tried to reply once, but it got scrapped maybe, so I
apologize if this is a double post)

It occurs in neutral with the bike on the centerstand and revving the
engine, as well as riding in gear.  

It might be slightly worse as the rpms get higher, but it is present at
any rpm above idle.
