[ST] ST rear wheel removal

OK...so I dont have the book yet, this looks very
straight forward. But I will humble myself to ask
anyway. Does anyone have any whisdom for removal of
the rear wheel. I took a nail and will have to bring
wheel into shop to get a new tire. Not chancing riding
the bike 20 miles w/nail in tire. Any torque specs for
re-assembly? Thanks for any pointers. (the manual is
definatly the next purchase)
