[ST] (re) Banjo Bolt

I don't remember any special tool that I had to use for the banjo bolt
but I recall the much rounded corners.  My guess is that I just used a
Crapsman 6 point socket that was the right size.  I always use a 6 point
at least when busting a bolt loose.  Seems like you can get into enough
trouble without asking for it.
