Sean,

This mod is for the riders across the pond who must deal with silly laws
like a motorcycle can only have one headlight on at a time.

It might be late to chime in on this, but does the stock RS only have one 
headlight on?  I've seen pictures with the ST only having one headlight on, 
but I haven't seen any front shots of the RS.  I ask because mine has both 
on at all times (all three if you count the third eye).
