If you are traveling and none of the above is available, grope around in
your wife's purse and fish out the tube of hand-cream. Rub some in well
with your finger (on the spot or decal, you pervert) and then remove with a
coarse rag. Chap Stick (tm) works, too, and neither removes wax.

In June I hope to make the ride to California (ah, the land of fruits and
nuts!) with Triumph, as Donny Do-Good has promised Free Beer. Being a good
Scotsman, this is not to be passed up. This means you must live until the
end of June, Do-Good, no early check-outs to avoid the tab!

Initial plans call for an Saddle Sore blast out of FLA enroute to Detroit on
the 17th, thence to Chicago and points west with the processional on the
20th. After departing LA OOA the 30th, it's off to Scottsdale and visit
with old rider pal, then spend 4th with daughter Farrah and her
Harley-riding (P-tooey) husband in Wichita, KS. Farrah is saving to trade
her Ninja on a TT or an RS. Fine child, makes a father proud.

In anticipation of advanced boredom on certain stretches of the ride, I am
soliciting company. If you are not attractive, female and uh, libidinous,
concessions can be made, especially if you enjoy flouting speed limits and
long days in the saddle. We can split the food and liquor bills.

If you want to meet up anywhere along the route, coming or going, contact me
off-list, andy@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

If you are in the Brevard/Indian River/Volusia Counties area, try to make
our (RotLE, www.lostempire.com ) meeting in Melbourne on Wednesday the 10th
of April, 7:30 PM. 702 New Haven Ave, (old downtown), it's a coffee and
Jazz house with a big patio. Our regular spot, the Greenhouse, is closed
for vacation. If you need more directions, see the email address above.

OK, gotta, go. It looks like rain and my wife, who just read this, wants me
to stand outside for a while. I'll keep an eye out for Martens, just in
case the precipitation doesn't work.
