In Germany are a few insurance limits. One of them is the 98HP or 72 kW.
Above this insurance limit the insurance costs are raising very fast.
Due to this limit the Sprint ST is in Germany available with 72KW/98 HP and
78 kW/108HP (modells 1999-2001). Some other modells too accept this limit and
offer a 72kW option.
So maybe the 98HP for the MZ is only an option
