I was just out of warantee and had bought my ST used but that's how I
noticed my warp at first.  Try to get a dial gauge and see if you can find
a way to strap it to the fork tube so you can measure the disc's runout to
confirm the warp.  Also check that the mounting bolts are properly torqued
and that your pads are clean and not spooged on.
